1st Birthday Cake Smash for Baby Alex

The 1st Birthday Cake Smash for Baby Alex was so fun and so cute – love the combination of aqua and purple. Mom wanted something a little more modern and I have to say, I loved it. I mean, a chevon cake? How fashion forward! I think Alex approved.

Not sure these little ones know just how lucky they are to have a cake from Kimmy’s Cakes all to themselves! I just consider myself lucky if I get the few crumbs that land on my camera. I wasn’t even a cake girl until I met Kimmy – yep, that is just how good these cakes are.

This is one of my favorite moments to capture! A sweet little one, a sweet cake, and a whole lot of fun watching someone take his/her first BIG MESSY, little bite of cake.

The 1st Birthday Cake Smash takes place in my Cranford, NJ studio. The fee includes the session fee (photographer’s time and talent to capture 40-50 fully-edited final images), the base digital package ~ The Petal Collection (all digital files on usb drive). I also provide a beautiful, personalized cake from Kimmy’s Cakes, and carefully and personally selected props such as handmade swags, balloons and paper flowers to match your backdrop selection. Cake Smashes are reserved at 11 or 12 months of age.

Rapunzel and Maximus

OK, almost – it’s Bella and Remy.

This little beauty really wanted photos with a pony and specifically asked us for a white pony to go with her Rapunzel dress. Makes perfect sense. She looks just like Rapunzel, so why not want a Maximus????? And what timing, the fields were covered in beautiful little yellow flowers. Sometimes it just all falls together so beautifully.

I love when clients call with specific requests for Equine sessions. I am thrilled to find a way to make it happen. Horses are so beautiful and I love incorporating them into sessions. A special thank you to the Ashrafi Family at Hidden Brook Farm in Bedminster for working with us. We had some very sweet unexpected moments.

Winter Maternity Photography Session

This winter maternity photography session with Natale was a complete dream! Natale, you are stunning! We had a glorious night, with a little snow and then a beautiful golden sunset. I was so thrilled to capture Natale’s first pregnancy. And now she has returned to capture her second. Looking forward to meeting the new little in a few weeks for his newborn session.

Maternity Sessions at Jacqueline Belle Fleur Photography

There is nothing more gorgeous than expecting mamas and I love capturing them! The maternity session is typically held between 7 and 8 months (or whenever expecting moms feel most comfortable ~ but remember, a fuller belly always captures better).

The session is 30-45 minutes and includes 15 hi-res images via digital transfer and allows for two clothing changes (clothing changes for mom only). Husbands are welcome to join in.

Mostly all the beautiful gowns (royal blue, soft blue cream, tan, purple, pink, turquoise, blush lace and long tutu skirt) in the maternity galleries on my website, blog, Facebook and Instagram are all mine and clients are welcome to use them. I have plenty of hairpieces to choose as well.

Once the maternity session is booked, I am happy to walk clients through any clothing pieces that are available as well as what I recommend for hair, make-up and manicures.

All maternity sessions are held on-location outdoors. I have pre-scouted locations for every season. We simply reschedule in the event of inclement weather (please keep in mind that rescheduled sessions may need to take place on a weeknight, so please be flexible).

Clients booking a newborn session along with their maternity session will receive a special discount for their newborn session – please inquire.

Mommy & Me Sessions

I am so thrilled to announce the 2017 Mommy & Me Sessions. It’s the best Mother’s Day gift!

Friday, May 19th & Saturday, May 20th ONLY

These sessions are a wonderful way to celebrate Mom! Give her the gift she will cherish the most for Mother’s Day – captures of her with her little(s).

Each session is 30 minutes
10 hi-res digital images via digital transfer
All sessions held in the afternoon at a beautiful park within 30 minutes of Cranford.
Each session is $350 plus tax.
Spaces are VERY limited.

Raindates: Friday, June 2 (for May 19th) and Saturday, June 3 (for May 20th).

These sessions are for Moms and children under the age of 10. Sorry, no Dads. No shared sessions.

To reserve your session, please contact me for a date and time at jacqueline@jacquelinebellefleur.com. Once you have a date and time confirmed, you may book your session at www.jacquelinebellefleurphotography.bigcartel.com.

Dates will only be held for 24 hours without payment. If payment is not made, the session will be reopened to another client. Sorry, no exceptions.

Heirlooms for Generations – MY HUMBLE OPINION

How many of you have photos with your lovely littles?

Moms are never in the images, we are always taking them. I think if I had a nickel for every time my husband thought to capture me and my daughter, I could buy a piece of bazooka gum (one pitiful piece). It’s really important to me to leave Lila (my little) with lots of photos of her with me (and my hubby). But, I am always taking them! How many images do you have with your parents when you were a child? I think I have two! That’s it, two!

Think of these family captures a little less selfishly. Bottom line, we love to post them all over social media and decorate the house with them, but these are for your kids. Someday they will ask you for them and truly appreciate having them. It may not be until they are in their twenties or thirties and start having their own kids, but trust me, they will ask 🙂

Puppy! Introducing our Long Coat German Shepherd. Welcome to the family Little Miss Henley! She joined us one week ago from South Dakota. Weighing in at all of 5lbs at 9 weeks old, she is taking the house by storm. Enjoying every minute with this little firecracker – she is gonna get big quick! Cannot wait to see how her color develops as she grows. This breed could not be any more gorgeous. We are in love with her already – anyone who knows me knows how much my fur babies mean to me.

Needless to say, I have had a fun model in the studio this week. She is giving me a run for my money. Next up, captures of her and Lila. And then, my girl Angie Monson of Simplicity Photography is on her way here in May to capture our family session. I am beyond thrilled!!
