Jacqueline Belle Fleur Photography is the work of Jacqueline Gedonius. She is a NJ based photographer specializing in newborns, children, maternity and families. She photographs on location throughout the state and in her studio in Cranford.

Alessandra Juliet | Newborn Baby Girl Photography

Meet Alessandra Juliet — this newborn baby girl gave me quite a workout during her session! She could be a future CrossFit girl like her mama, who is one of my CrossFit coaches. We didn’t put sweatbands on her just yet though — how sweet does she look in lace and pearls?

I have so many adorable headbands, flower crowns, bonnets and blankets for newborn baby girls, I could spend all day trying different combinations. I just want to smush Alessandra’s cheeks in the shot with the mint green headband and white blankets!

We also created a snowy woodland scene for this winter angel. I love how Alessandra looks so peaceful, it’s almost like she’s floating. Congrats, Katie, Everson and big brother Cameron. She’s a beauty, and she’s strong too! Just perfect.

Each newborn session that I capture in my Cranford, NJ, studio is unique — no two are ever alike. Capturing newborns takes a special skill and patience. I promise you the very best customer service, creativity, and an overall great experience. My newborn fee includes:

  • the session fee (time and talent to capture, carefully select and fully edit 30-35 final images)
  • the base digital package — The Petal Collection (all hi-res digital files on a USB drive)
  • carefully and personally selected props
  • package upgrades and additional products also available

HURRY, because these special spring sessions sell out in MINUTES! “Somebunny” is hopping into the studio for 3 DAYS ONLY: Friday, March 16; Saturday, March 17; and Sunday, March 18. The 2018 Easter sessions will take place inside our Cranford, NJ, studio. The new and original set is filled with pastels, florals, greens and a vintage bike. I hand-crafted it myself, and I can’t wait for you to see it — look for a sneak peek in March! The captures below are from 2016, but will give you a feel for the one-of-a-kind sweet, springy shots you can expect.

Schedule your child’s Easter photos with Jacqueline Belle Fleur!

To reserve your date and time, please contact me at jacqueline@jacquelinebellefleur.com. Once your time is secured, I will provide you with a link for payment. The full session fee must be submitted within two hours of reservation, or the time slot will be reopened to another client — no exceptions. Because these sessions sell out so quickly, I am unable to hold sessions without payment. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

The $245 (plus tax) fee includes the following:

  • 20 minute session for ages 6 months (sitters) to 10 years old
  • 8-10 hi-res digital images edited to perfection and sent via digital transfer
  • siblings only, no shared sessions
  • no exchanges, no refunds
  • pastel colored clothing recommended — light blues, pinks, yellows, mints and purples (avoid neon and/or bright colors)

2019 Graduates, it’s time to reserve your spots for senior sessions for 2019 graduation this summer and fall! These two Cranford 2018 soon-to-be graduates, Julia and Gianna, are best friends, and their session was SO. MUCH. FUN! We had a great afternoon in Asbury Park, NJ, where the murals on the boardwalk made perfect backdrops.

I know I say whatever I’m capturing at the moment is my favorite, but I really am serious when I say I LOVE capturing seniors. They’re so confident and optimistic, and I truly enjoy making the personality of each individual I work with shine through. The urban industrial vibe of these shots is so cool — something I can’t often say about my baby photography, haha!

Both of these girls are gorgeous inside and out, and have just enough sass! Their eyes sparkle like the ones in the mural behind them, and the blue and white coordinated perfectly with their distressed denim.

The warm light of golden hour made Julia and Gianna’s skin glow, and it was just breezy enough to give their hair some glamorous movement. How awesome are their F•R•I•E•N•D•S T-shirts in the last shot? The future is bright for these two. Best wishes, ladies!

Parents, why settle for school senior photos when this is probably the last time you’ll hire a professional photographer to take pictures of your kids? My senior sessions usually take place outdoors in urban locations like Asbury Park, NJ, or New York City, and include the following:
  • the session fee (time and talent to capture, carefully select and fully edit 30-35 final images)
  • 1.5 to 2-hour weeknight session around sunset with two outfits (if inclement weather, we will reschedule within 2 weeks of original date)

Elf on the Shelf — Baby Holiday Photos

Elf on the Shelf Sessions Coming in 2018

Well, it doesn’t get any cuter than Jhett Paxton! I was touched to be asked to photograph this newest addition to the Cromartie family at her birth, during her newborn session, and here as the Elf on the Shelf for Christmas 2017. I need this elf on my shelf!

The tradition of the elf has become part of millions of families’ lives during the holiday season. My husband and I had so much fun trying to come up with something new and mischievous for our elf to do every night this past December. We lived for the priceless look on our daughter’s face when she discovered him in the morning!

So for 2018, we have decided to offer exclusive Elf on the Shelf photo sessions for babies and sitters. Dates will be announced soon, and sessions will take place in October and November. The Elf on the Shelf costume will be provided, and both boys and girls will look adorable in it.

I can’t give away my secrets about how I achieve this look, but I assure you that the baby is in no danger! I love the way the red costume pops against the neutral backdrop and other whimsical props. The snow effect adds an extra level of holiday magic that will be perfect for your family’s Christmas card or keepsake for years to come.

Mason — 11 Days New

Mason’s Newborn Baby Photo Session

One of the last sessions I did in 2017 was Mason’s newborn baby photo session, and I loved spending time with this handsome dark-haired bundle. Look at that perfect curve in his upper lip and that slight furrow in his brow as he rests comfortably on a speckled navy blanket. I can’t decide whether he looks sweetest in the ivory wrap, the brown and blue hat or his birthday suit!

Mason’s mom, dad and big brother Michael love him so much. Photographing this sweet family with their precious new baby boy during the most wonderful time of the year was truly an honor. I love these simple portraits against the dark wood backdrop.

I captured the magic of the season for Mason’s newborn baby photo session with a snowy effect and holiday-themed props. He was cozy as can be in his vintage sleigh, and loved snuggling with his tiny fuzzy reindeer friend. Michael sure got the best gift he could’ve imagined this Christmas, and I’m already dreaming about what 2018’s newborn sessions will bring!
