Jacqueline Belle Fleur Photography is the work of Jacqueline Gedonius. She is a NJ based photographer specializing in newborns, children, maternity and families. She photographs on location throughout the state and in her studio in Cranford.

Sitter Sessions and Dimples … Two of My Favorite Things

I have to share one more sneak peek of sweet Ava. Look at that dimple! And that fuzzy hair. And the way she’s grabbing her foot. I just love sitter sessions!

The background color goes perfectly with Ava’s beautiful skin tone, and her outfit and the rocking horse give this shot a vintage look that I just adore. I’m so glad we were able to capture this special age. It won’t be long before she’s pulling up trying to ride that rocking horse!

Ava’s Sitter Session Sneak Peek

This little lady’s personality is almost as big as her bow! Ava’s sitter session in front of the Paris backdrop, which is quickly becoming a favorite, was an absolute delight.

The time when babies first start sitting up also seems to be when their personalities really start to shine through. The bright eyes. The tongues sticking out. The round foreheads and cheeks. Ah! I can’t wait to share more from Ava’s session! What a little charmer.

Beautiful Baby Jade — Newborn Girl Photos

There wasn’t one bad photo of beautiful baby Jade! She and her big brother were a pleasure to work with, and I’m so proud of this session. I can’t get over Jade’s adorable back creases and pouty lips, and I loved getting to use the tiny gray pillow and little white kitty. She looked precious in pink, white and gray, as a butterfly, in a bucket and on her brother’s lap. I’m glad I’m not the one who has to decide which of these images to hang on the wall!

It’s so important to have a highly trained newborn photographer so that your baby not only looks precious, but is also safe and sound. For me, it’s all about posing, which takes skill and patience. Each newborn session that I capture in my Cranford, NJ, studio is unique — no two are ever alike. I promise you the very best quality, creativity, and an overall great experience. My newborn fee includes:

  • the session fee (time and talent to capture, carefully select and fully edit 30-35 final images)
  • the base digital package — The Petal Collection (all hi-res digital files on a USB drive)
  • carefully and personally selected props
  • photos with parents and siblings
  • package upgrades and additional products also available

It’s best to capture newborns within the first 7 to 10 days of life. Once that small window of time is gone, you will never have the chance to capture it again. For more examples of my custom newborn photography, check out the gallery here. Newborn Butterfly — Baby Girl Photography

Welcome spring, and welcome newborn butterfly Jade! This is one of my favorite compositions to date. It was so much fun arranging the fresh daisies, roses, hydrangeas and other gorgeous spring blooms in pastel pinks, peaches, yellows, greens and purples to create a beautiful butterfly. Just like a caterpillar emerges from its chrysalis transformed, this precious girl came into the world just as perfect as can be. I hope she treasures this work of art someday. Little Toes — Newborn Detail Photography

Parents love their new babies from the tops of their heads to the tips of their little toes, so it’s essential to capture all the tiny details! I’m all about quality. I give each pose and every final image the amount of time and care you expect for your precious bundle of joy.

Although shots like this seem simple, they take experience and skill to achieve. The delicate baby must be carefully wrapped and positioned safely. Next, the focus of the camera lens must be adjusted so that the edges of the teeny toenails are crisp while the blanket appears a little soft and blurry. Finally, even more time and attention are given in the digital editing process to make sure the image is perfectly frame-worthy. It’s all worth it!
