Now is a great time to reserve your Communion Photos. Don’t miss the opportunity to professionally capture this special milestone. Sessions may take place in the studio or on location throughout New Jersey. The parks and churches are beautiful this time of year with all the spring blooms.

Pinterest is a great resource for all your Communion Session needs including flowers. For girls, I always recommend clients bring a floral bouquet for the girls to hold during the photos. It really does add a nice touch.

Communion Sessions can be reserved during the spring months and even into the fall. Please inquire regarding adding family members or siblings to the session. A retainer is required to hold a date on the calendar.

Dancers

Have you seen the Dancers from UCVTS – Academy for Performing Arts? Well Friday, May 3 at 7pm is your chance! It’s time for the Mainstage at Wilkins Theatre at Kean University. These dancers are so incredibly talented. And, UCTech student Anthony Granados took the images that I captured and transformed them into these amazing promotional posters you see below! I’ll be back at the school capturing the 2025 seniors this May for both the dance department and the theatre department. Cannot wait!

Happy Easter

Happy Easter Everyone! Or as I love to say during our Easter Sessions, Hoppy Easter! I love the Easter holiday and weekend. It brings Spring and so much new. The buds, blossoms, fresh grass, and warmer sunny days. And you know what that means? It’s time for Spring photos.

This is the first year that I have not offered the Easter Bunny Sessions and it really makes me sad. These sessions are among my very favorite to capture. Nothing like bunny snuggles. If I get enough inquiries and demand, I just may bring them back next year. But for now, enjoy the adorable pics from last year and have a wonderful holiday weekend.

We had the most adorable, sweetest and loving group of bunnies for the sessions. Mr. Buns was the star of the photos and he loved the kids. Hoppy Easter!!

Spring Sessions

It’s Spring! Do you usually reserve a fall session? Sessions in April, May, and June are a great way of making your setting look fresh and new. So many gorgeous flowers and everything is lush and green. Lavender fields, high grassy fields, tulips, daffodils, cherry blossoms, gorgeous rose gardens, the yellow forest clover and white lilies, cascading wisteria, and more! Early to mid-May is a great time to capture on the beach, before the summer crowds arrive. Don’t fall into the same routine of waiting until fall for photos, you are truly missing out on New Jersey and NYC parks at their most beautiful time of year. Spring sessions are great for children, maternity, communion, seniors/grads, and family.

Yes! I am a Communion Photographer and it’s an honor to capture such a special milestone. Special milestones need special photos so that’s why I have a number of gorgeous pre-scouted area parks that make the perfect setting. The parks are gorgeous in spring with all the new blooms, lush in summer with lots of green, and at peak and perfection in the early fall. So, sessions may be scheduled anytime from April to early October. Timing depends upon your needs for the images. Some clients prefer to have images prior to the Communion, and some mark the occasion with images following.

Details

For your communion session, I make sure each session is customized just for you. Sessions generally last 30-45 minutes and produce a final gallery of 12 hi-res digital images. Family/siblings are able to join for an additional fee. Once a date is reserved, we discuss locations. Some parks do require permit fees. Reservations

A retainer is due at the time of booking to hold your date. The balance of the session fee is due the day of your session. In case of inclement weather, we simply reschedule as close to your original date as possible.
