Being a Senior Photographer is a complete pleasure! Senior Sessions are fun, sassy, and so rewarding to capture. How gorgeous is this senior? Where?

I capture seniors all over New Jersey. This state is gorgeous and perfectly diverse. Locations range from formal parks to informal bohemian fields and barns, to beaches, and cool urban locations including cities, factories, and even beach communities. Some clients like more casual sessions and some like more formal. It’s completely up to you and your senior. What fits his/her personality best? If you don’t have any ideas in mind, we work together to find the best location for you. Some of the more formal parks are now requiring photography permits – so please inquire. Permits are not included in my fees but I am happy to secure them with the facilities.

When?

All year. I capture sessions on location from January-November (shooting in the snow is absolutely magical!). Outdoor sessions are only rescheduled due to rain. Please be flexible ~ rain dates are scheduled within 2 weeks and are almost always scheduled on a weeknight. During the spring and fall, my schedule fills very quickly. Most of my sessions take place on weeknights – when most of those beautiful locations are quiet – and a few weekends. Sessions are held 2 hours prior to sunset. Please inquire for avails.

Style

Seniors have a very distinct individual style. It’s important to select the right clothing for the session in order to capture each senior’s true personality. Some clothing and colors capture better than others. I offer a consultation with each senior and parent(s) prior to the session to review and recomend the best clothing choices.

Senior Session Rates & Reservations

For rates and reservation information or if you have further questions, simply send an email to jacqueline@jacquelinebellefleur.com or call 917-750-0188. Once a session date is mutually agreed upon, a $200 plus tax retainer is due upon booking to reserve your date. The remainder of the session balance is due the day of the session.

Easter Bunny Sessions

The Spring Easter Bunny Sessions are here! The cutest, cuddly little bunnies are on their way to the studio. Who doesn’t want a little bunny snuggle and kiss?

The Easter Bunny Sessions are two days only, Saturday, March 25th and Sunday, March 26th. Sessions are limited, so please reserve early.

Reservations

To reserve your Easter Bunny Session, please email jacqueline@jacquelinebellefleur.com for a date and session time. A $100 retainer is required to reserve your session. The balance of the session is due two weeks prior to the session date.

Easter Bunny Session Details

Easter Bunny Sessions are 20-minute sessions and include 8-10 hi-res digital images beautifully edited to perfection. Sessions are best for ages 6 months to teens. The full session fee is $395. Sessions are per immediate family (no shared sessions). We are animal SAFE! Children under a certain age will not hold bunnies, but sit next to them. If you have questions, please inquire. Bunny holding is at our discretion. Please respect our process and our safety for all. The Easter Bunny Sessions are held in my studio in Cranford, NJ.

The Set

The 2023 set will be pastels. It’s a hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind set made by me. An inspiration board with a picture of the backdrop is coming soon. Captures included here are from the set in 2022. THE SET IS NEW AND ORIGINAL EVERY YEAR.

What to Wear

My favorite clothing for Easter Sessions is from Janie and Jack and Tutu du Monde. Soft pastel colors are perfect – pinks, yellows, mint, baby blue. Please avoid bold colors, dark colors (black and navy blue) and neon and/or bright colors.

Hoboken Family

This Hoboken Family Session is so stylish, fun, and urban chic! Sometimes it’s nice to take a departure from the traditional park session and incorporate an urban setting. And when you have a beautiful family like this one, the captures are gorgeous! Urban sessions are all about COLOR! Maximize it and have fun with it.

I wish I could stress how much I encourage and love family sessions. How many of you have photos with your lovely littles? I honestly don’t have enough. Why? I am always the one taking them (as are most moms).

When I look back at family photos from my childhood, I have two images with my parents and siblings together. Just two! I’m betting that I am not alone. I encourage you to think of family images in a different way and with an additional purpose. We love to post pics of our children all over social media, we all do it. One day, when your children are young adults and become parents, they will ask for images of their childhood with YOU. They will be making memories with their kids while re-living theirs. So let’s not make the same mistake as past generations and let’s celebrate the family in photos, the ENTIRE family, and capture the moments that will be cherished when your children are old enough to truly appreciate it.

Family Beach Sessions

Family Beach Sessions are SO MUCH FUN! Who doesn’t love a little sand in the toes? Kids love the beach and it’s a great location to schedule a family session. Play games, hug your kids, and capture the fun. During family sessions, I always capture the whole family, the kids together, each child individually, and each child with each parent. Let’s not forget Mom and Dad – they need a photo together too. Of course, a gorgeous sky and sunset just brings it all together.
