I spent a beautiful evening with Mia and Lily at Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ, and captured some sweet moments between these spirited sisters. They loved getting all dolled up and running around the fountain, and up and down the stairs. Their soft curls glow were glowing in the warm yellow sunshine, which perfectly complemented their ruffly purple outfits. I love Mia’s cheesy grin as she squeezes her little sister, Lily. There’s nothing else quite like the relationship between sisters.

Photo shoots with toddlers and preschoolers are always interesting because someone might not always be smiling, looking at the camera or even wearing shoes, but I like to keep it real. Childhood is such a fleeting and magical time, and I love photographing the innocent eyes, mischievous grins and playful poses. If only I had a fraction of the energy of these two!

It’s fun trying themed sessions in different outdoor locations throughout New Jersey and New York City. Weeknights about two hours prior to sunset are best. My child and family session fee includes the following:
- time and talent to capture, carefully select and fully edit 40 final images
- the base digital package — The Petal Collection (all hi-res digital files on a USB drive)
- package upgrades and additional products available
